Order Procedure

When ordering a turbocharger please use the manufacturer's part number where possible, which is usually located on the bearing housing or compressor cover on the ID plate.

Repair Service

Telephone Midland Turbo on 0115 9752458 to arrange collection of your unit. We will strip the turbocharger and quote the cost of repair by telephone. On your instructions we will then carry out the repairs.

Exchange Turbo Units.

Midland Turbo will despatch the requested turbo the same day, if order is received before 4.30pm, subject to stock availability, and arrange to pick up the old unit when ready for collection.

New Turbo Units.

All orders received before 4.30pm are despatched the same day subject to stock availability.

Payment Terms

Cash sales; payment becomes due from the date on the invoice. Account payment; due net 30 days.

We accept cash, cheque (with bank card), BACS or credit card as method of payments.

Carriage

All carriage to UK mainland is free of charge. Timed deliveries and Saturday morning deliveries are charged at the current rate.

Warranty

All our turbo units except competition units carry a 12 month unlimited mileage guarantee, provided that they are fitted in accordance with the manufacturers fitting guidelines and are not fitted to a worn/faulty/contaminated engine. Midland Turbo recommend fitting a new oil feed pipe and the use of high quality synthetic/semi-synthetic oil which should be changed according to manufacturers recommendations or every 6,000 miles if no guidance is available. A fitting instructions warning label is attached to every turbo unit prior to despatch.
